Review: Innisfree Green Barley Cleansing cream

Sorry for the lack of updates but I'm back with a short review!
When it comes to cleansing products, creams are quite dominant in the market with their characteristic foaming and thick texture. So when I found out that Innisfree had a cleansing cream that doesn't foam, I excitedly picked it up because hey, I might have found my perfect cleanser (I like them gentle yet effective at removing grime.).

[CLAIMS & DIRECTIONS]

"Green barley vinegar, made from fermented barley from Gapado in Jeju, effectively removes dead skin cells for the smooth skin."
"Jeju green barley contains cellulose that thoroughly removes impurities from the skin. The washable formula moisturises your skin and leaves your skin with a refreshed feeling."

"Put a small amount of cream into your hand and apply it around your face. Gently massage the cream into your skin until makeup dissolves. Then, remove the product with a tissue or rinse with lukewarm water. Depending on your skin type, further cleansing maybe required."

[INGREDIENTS]

4-Free system: free from Mineral oil, animal originated ingredients, synthetic colorants and imidazolidinyl urea (a preservative used in cosmetics that may cause dermatitis and an ingredient many might be allergic to).

No red flags involved, but there are 6 yellow flags (ingredients that might cause your skin to react negatively) - Cyclopentasiloxane(Solvent and emollient), Polysorbate 60(Surfactant and emulsifier), Polyxamer 184(Surfactant and emulsifier), PEG-100 Stearate(Surfactant), Phenoxyethanol(Preservative), Fragrance.

[EXPERIENCE]
THE GOOD:
-Moderate pH. Will not strip skin of natural oils and damage moisture barrier in the long run.
-No foaming which is another sign of lower pH than those 'squeaky clean' cleansers.

THE BAD:
-Skin doesn't feel clean after using this product. I used it as a usual cleanser and it was dissatisfactory. Tried removing makeup on my hand but needed great force and amount to remove a mere 60%.
-Slightly pricey for a simple cleanser.

THE UGLY:
-Doesn't serve its purpose as a cleanser, let alone remove dead skin cells for better complexion and removing makeup.

After using it for 2 weeks and failing my expectations, I sold mine away online so definitely not repurchasing :(!
